2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artworks, designs, images, logos, and written text — is the intellectual property of Happy Art by Heart and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

3. Product Description & Custom Orders

  • We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur due to screen settings or their handmade nature.

  • For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate design briefs, colour preferences, and text (if applicable).

  • Once work begins on a custom piece, no cancellations or major changes can be made.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once initiated.

  • You can cancel t-shirt orders by emailing us within 12 hours of placing the order.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (â‚ą) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

  • We securely process payments through [Razorpay / Shopify Payments / your provider]. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • T-Shirts: 5–8 business days

    • Art Pieces: 5–10 business days

    • Custom Orders: 10–14 business days

Shipping delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Misuse of products after delivery

  • Color discrepancies due to screen variations
