At Happy Art by Heart, every piece we create is made with love, intention, and care. Because our work is handcrafted and often personalised, we have a return policy that balances fairness with our made-to-order philosophy.


🎽 For T-Shirts (InspiraQuest Collection)

We gladly accept returns on T-shirts if:

  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The T-shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging.

How to request a return:

  1. Please email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to our return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item (within 3–5 business days), we will refund you using your original payment method.

Note: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.


🖼️ For Resin Art, Canvas Art & Custom Artwork

Since each art piece is:

  • Handmade, and

  • Often custom-designed or made in limited editions,

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

If this happens:

  1. Please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage or error.

  3. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


💡 Custom Commissions – No Cancellations or Returns

Custom artwork is a soul-to-soul process. Once we begin working on personalised orders, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. If you change your mind, reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.


⏳ Refund Processing

  • We will process your refund within 3–5 business days once we receive and approve your return (for eligible items).

  • You receive your refund back using the original payment method.


❌ What’s Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • T-shirts that have been worn or washed

  • Damaged items reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Custom orders and made-to-order art pieces

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
